I believe in divine timing. I believe that the right people information, wisdom, guidance, heck things arrive when we're ready for them. I believe that owning our own truth unconditionally is the path to not only creative fulfillment, but more about success and abundance. This is not only a podcast to help you get strategic and mastered a position of success. It's a declaration to share the truth. It's a commitment to keep going to make it happen no matter what. It's an activation and invitation for me for you and for us to play a bigger game. So my question for you is this. Do you really want it? Do you really want to make your dreams come true? Do you really want to become a six figure coach? Welcome to the Diaries of a six figure Coach podcast. I am your host, Teresa Lambert, and I dare you to get ready to show up, boss up and make it happen.

Theresa Lambert:

Welcome back to another episode of The diaries of a six figure coach podcast I am your host Teresa Lambert, and I am so excited to be tuning in for Episode Two. Holy shit. Life has changed in the last few weeks since I recorded episode one. And it's so interesting that episode one was about courage and having bucketloads of courage because I have definitely been tapping into that as I have made some major life changes, and have been on the road traveling these past weeks, as I'm figuring out what my next chapter of my life is going to look like, which is pretty crazy. And while I have been on that journey simultaneously, I've continued to grow my business, welcome new client, and I've launched my strategic mastermind, which I'm so excited about. And all that I'm creating with that. And it's been a wild, really, really wild, but what really has sunk in for me even deeper, these last few weeks is the importance of having a strategy that can hold your biggest fucking vision. Because reality is life is gonna happen, things are gonna change, you will experience things in your personal life that will take up some of your energetic capacity, you might transition where you live, you might be traveling, you might be leaving relationships, which is what I am at after 16 years, I have decided to end my marriage, which was a huge, huge change. So here we are episode two, me dropping this on you. And I'm tuning in from my flat friends, friends. That's the co host of dissecting success, which is sitting right in front of me and from the land. From how as well, I have been blessed to be able to stay and now we're recording this episode. So a lot has changed. But things have still moved on, things have still moved on. And to be honest, I'm in a really great place, I'm more grounded, and feel more resilient and more powerful and more activated and well lit up by my life than ever before, even though I have more uncertainty in my life than I've ever experienced before. So it's really interesting how it's all been unfolding. I know amongst that I have been very relying on my strategy. In my business, I've been really relying on this foundation that I have been able to build and my business, to feel grounded enough to go through all these changes to take up some more space as I'm figuring out what this is all going to be and look like. And that has felt very good. And so my question for you today is and where I want to sort of go to is do you have a strategy? In your coaching business? Do you have a plan to build your business to six figures or seven figures? But wherever you're at right now, like do you have a strategy? Do you have something that literally can hold us. And for my experience, what I've learned is that a lot of entrepreneurs online, a lot of coaches that I need have this big, like adversity to strategy because they feel like strategy will box them in and it's going to restrict them. And they're going to have to do things exactly the same every single time. And I want you to know that that is a BS story that you might be telling yourself like that is actually not true. And it's not really the point of a strategy to keep you boxed in. In fact, I believe that a strategy really is the thing that gets to set us free and a strategy is really something that we design something that we create carefully and consciously and intentionally, to allow us to move towards a desired result to allow us to move towards something that we want to achieve. So a strategy really gives us clarity direction and keeps us really steady. If you look at it in terms of how you would build a house district energy would be the foundation of the home, and the walls of the home and the electrical and plumbing and all those things that are in the walls, and then your brand and everything that you do and the way you show up and the way you serve your clients and the way you express yourself, and all the beautiful things that you have to give become the pictures on the wall and a beautiful rug on the sofa and the plant and the pictures on the wall, like the pretty things come from you from embodying your work. But really, you're being held by the Foundation, you're being held in this structure. And there's all sorts of different rooms in your house that you can go to and explore. And they're all held in a beautiful, beautiful structure. And that is because you're consciously creating what this life of yours is going to feel like and be like inside this home. And that is what a strategy does for us in terms of holding a biggest fucking vision. So if you have a big vision for your online business, if you have a big vision, if you desire to be a six figure coach, if you desire a seven figure Coach, I know I have big, big visions for my own coaching business, then having a strategy is going to be very, very beneficial. Because it takes the guesswork out of it, it's going to hold you steady at times when all this other stuff is going on. And that's going to feel really good and grounding and VB VB healthy for your nervous system, which is such a key piece when you're building a business. Because when you're constantly stressing out what to do next, when you don't know where your next client is coming from when you don't really have a plan, when you're not creating a way to set yourself up to have recurring cash come into your business, when you're always wondering what to post, your nervous system is going to be taxed to the max stressed out all the time, because you're in this questioning, doubting energy. What's next? What am I going to do next? What am I going to do tomorrow. And that's not going to feel good. That is not going to feel good. And even if you get yourself or you hustle your way to the six figures to getting the clients, often what ends up happening is that you get that and it's not going to feel be a look, the way you actually want it to look like and the second storm hits gets, guess what happens to you house collapses.

Theresa Lambert:

And we don't want that. We don't want that. So really, the strategy gets to hold us and support us. And then when we go through periods of significant change in our lives, whether you're getting divorced, or whether you're moving, or whether you're deciding to sell your house and go via no mat and travel, or maybe you're experiencing grief and loss in your life, whatever it may be, no matter what is going on, when you have a strategy that holds your big vision, you're always going to be able to come back to having clarity to rely and surrender into troughs of the plan that you've created through that strategy. And to keep you moving in the direction that you actually want to go to. And if you've listened to the dissecting success podcasts with Plan A, you will know that we talk about that a lot. We talk about that a lot. We talk about the importance of having strategies, the importance of having plans, but most of we talk about it in the context of how do you navigate massive changes in your life while still running a business. Because the reality is, there's a whole lot that's going on behind the scenes, there's a lot that needs to happen. There is a lot that needs to be managed. You're as much a CEO as your CEO, you're running your business, you're working in your business, you're working on your business. But ultimately, you have to be able to show up for all of that. So strategy is like the thing that will give you peace, they'll help you sleep at night. That will actually help you create a business that is designed around your lifestyle. And it will hold your vision and carry you through when you are experiencing times of change when you're experiencing times where you are managing life transitions. And that is really, really huge. So this is what I wanted to cover on Episode Two because this is where I'm at in my life. And as we're going on this journey now together on this podcast, I'm going to bring in some incredible guests. I'm going to have more conversation around what's happening in my life. I'm going to be tuning in from all sorts of different places hopefully across Canada and from Costa Rica in the fall. You will be seeing how my strategy holds me how I continue to grow and scale my business while literally reinventing and recreating what my life is going to be like, and feel like and where I'm going to live over these next month does next year and who knows what I will be on May 25 2020. Free. I mean, anything is possible. I know I'm going great places. I am super excited. And just know the end of the day you gotta show up, boss up and make it happen. So until next time, I will chat with you soon. Peace
